- Delivery
The products will be sent within 48 hours from the
confirmation of the purchase order by e-mail
The delivery of the goods will be done by express
carrier. If the receiver is absent the carrier, after
2 attempts, will leave a notice of attempt of delivery,
indicating the adress to contact to agree on the delivery.
- Payments
Payments will be done by:
• cash on delivery to the carrier (only for delivery in Italy) and extra charge of € 5,00
• bank Transfer made payable to Bellomo Rocco Alessandro,
Via Orazio Flacco, 8 - 70010 Valenzano (BA),
and sending of the goods after accrued amount

- Expeditions
The goods travel at the consignee’s risk with
carriage forward.
- Prices
Prices are expressed in EUROS and they are all VAT
included.
- Right of withdrawal
The goods, before being sent, are controlled and packed
in cardboard boxes. But if the consumer should notice
exceptionally possible imperfections, defects or the
goods are different from what he has ordered, or from
what is described within this site, he can withdraw
from the contract in no more than 14 days from receving
the goods. Subsequently this notification, Bell’Olio
di Puglia will withdraw the goods in 3 days. The goods
must be returned, at free port, in the same conditions
they have been receved. In 15 days from receving the
goods, Bell’Olio di Puglia will refund the entire
amount to the customer exclusively by bank transfer.
- Privacy
Bell’Olio di Puglia informs that all the personal
data of the customer are object of processings oriented
to the stipulation of contracts according to the law
675/1996, art. 10. Besides according to the art. 13
of the same law, the customer will be allowed to request
the updating or the deleting of his own personal data.
- Place of jurisdiction
For any controversy Bari is the place of jurisdiction.
