Result of particular
cultivar of olive trees from the territory of Bari,
the Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bell'Olio di Puglia is
a magnificent alliance between the typicalness of olives like
Cima di Bitonto and Coratina. The sweet flavour,
with a slightly bitter, gives to the Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Bell'Olio di Puglia, a strong personality. It is particularly
indicated: uncooked to dress salads, bruschette (toasted
bread seasoned with garlic, olive oil and salt), bresaola
(cured raw beef), and roasted fish; cooked to prepare soups,
first courses and legumes.
The Extra Virgin
Olive Oil Bell'Olio di Puglia is a natural product not filtered
and it preserves intact the natural richness of vitamins,
flavours and natural antioxidants useful to the organism.
Possible remainings on the bottom are due to the slow decantation
of suspended olive paste particles in the Oil.
This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is suitable for those
who follow a diet based on high quality. It comes from particular
cultivar of the South Italian Province of Bari: Coratina,
Frantoio and Ogliarola Barese. The organic Extra Virgin
Olive Oil has an intense aroma of green olives and fresh almonds
and a fruity taste with a final aftertaste of almonds and
artichoke.Uncooked it is ideal with salads, bresaola, roast
fish and boiled meat.
The Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Terra di Bari - Bitonto
is obtained from the typical Apulian cultivar "Cima di Bitonto". It has a sweet flavour
with a slightly bitter and with a fragrance of fresh grass.
We advise it, uncooked, with "bruschette", roast
fish or "pinzimonio".
